I was a junior in high school and my best friend went to a different school. Her dancing was rising and I knew many people from your school, I wanted to go. I gave him money to buy my ticket, but she and her friend decided they were going to put up with one of his friends, M, without telling me. The day of the ball, went to take pictures because we all went together, so I do not think it was strange that his friend, M, came with us until he showed up with flowers for me and tried to take pictures with me alone, as occasional girlfriend’s boyfriend images. I refused. We had never spoken before and certainly was not my style. I took my friend aside and asked him what was happening, she told me that M I liked and was very happy I said I was going to dance with him. I politely told M that I was not with him and I did not go with someone, why should I pay for my own ticket.

Maryland Elections 2010

Former Maryland Governor Bob Ehrlich won the Republican nomination to stand again in November against Democrat Martin O’Malley, who defeated four years ago. Ehrlich, 52, won 75 percent of party votes, 25 percent to compete with Brian Murphy, with 76 percent of districts reporting, the Associated Press, said today the start. Ehrlich was governor from 2003-2007, when the first Republican head of state since 1969. Murphy, 33, has been endorsed by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

The vote sets the resumption of Maryland 2006 elections, when former Baltimore mayor, O’Malley defeated Ehrlich that the Democrats won a majority of governors for the first time since 1994. Polls show that voters are ready for a career closely.

With 37 gubernatorial elections in November, Republicans are turning to the states, including Maryland, to topple the Democratic majority, a move that would give them more power in the once a decade rewrite congressional districts. Read more

A teenage girl charged with capital murder in her role as his mother died, and two young brothers who agree to plea deal that could have words when 59 years old, his lawyer said. Erin Caffey, 17, has approved the agreement on Friday, said defense lawyer William McDowell. He tried to be an adult next month, Hopkins County. “I think it was only the sentence,” said McDowell. “Everyone is happy.”

Authorities said Caffey, her boyfriend and two other co-defendants conspired to kill the parents because they disapproved of her boyfriend Caffey. Caffey was 16 at the time of the crime. Read more
