Chase Online Banking is decreasing due to a technical problem and the bank says it is possible to solve it.
The service has been down since Monday night, but the bank spokesman Thomas Kelly could not specify the exact time of service has been disrupted.
Chase has 16.5 million online customers of the bank. Chase ATMs, the largest bank in the country-second, were not affected. The bank’s telephone banking service is also operating normally. Read more
