A few days ago I received the latest copy of every day with Rachael Ray, and the first page I opened was a recipe for Caramel Apple Muffins. Not only am I a big fan of candy, but I knew that Apple would be perfect for the week in the family kitchen. The recipe includes fresh apples, brown sugar and caramel topping, cast iron and sweet cream.
