It is a traffic report that Minka was a epic collapse on a flight from New York to LAX earlier today, when she was not allowed to put his dog in his seat during takeoff. According to the report, it took officers all seven flights, a pilot's personal appeal ... and a phone call to boyfriend Derek Jeter to calm him. Kelly's lawyer, Marty Singer, said TMZ ... Minka paid extra to get his dog on board the aircraft. It has never been a problem in LA trip / New York.
But Singer said the return trip, the flight attendant did not let the dog Minka in the first class cabin during takeoff and landing because of space problems. Minka said Singer took his dog back to the bus for takeoff and landing and spent the rest of the time with his dog in the first class.
Singer calls the freak-out story "ridiculous" and added that it would have been thrown out of the air, if she went nuts. As for calling Dispose Singer said he did not take place - she called her manager who had booked flights to try to convince the flight attendant, she had made accommodations for the dog in first class.
